    Real-World Problems

    The dangers of Earth’s damage zones

    Through field measurements and drone-based 3D modeling, Lila Ryter ’25 is analyzing fracture intensity within the Sevier Fault Zone in Orderville, Utah. Her work suggests that significant damage occurs early in fault propagation rather than throughout its lengthening.

  • Spring Break Shuttles

    There is shuttle service to the Van Galder bus station at the start and end of spring break. Shuttles will run March 7-9 and 15-16. Please sign up for a time if you need transportation to the bus stop.

  • 1098-T Notice for Tax Year 2024

    Beloit College has issued 1098-T’s for Tax Year 2024. All tax forms were mailed to the students’ home address on file. Forms are available electronically if you have not received a mailed copy.

  • 2025 Student Symposium

    Student Symposium will be on Thursday, April 17. Faculty and staff nominations of students are due Feb. 24. Presentations abstracts from students are due March 18. Sponsor approval of abstracts is due March 24.

  • Interested in women’s flag football?

    Beloit College is launching a women’s flag football program, which will compete for the first time in spring 2026. Current students are welcome to join the team! If you are interested in playing flag football at Beloit, or learning more, please answer this quick survey.
